This film depicts the life of three workers in North Jakarta. They are respectively a river cleaner, a beverage peddler, and a clean water hawker. The lives of these three people show the relationship between water and various environmental problems in the context of fulfilling the need for water on the part of the Jakarta people.

Film ini menggambarkan kehidupan tiga orang pekerja di Jakarta Utara. Mereka masing-masing bekerja sebagai pembersih sungai, penjual minuman dan penjual air bersih. Kehidupan tiga orang ini menunjukkan hubungan antara air dan berbagai masalah lingkungan dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan air pada masyarakat Jakarta.
